Pressing technology

Waste    from    plastics    processing    is    still    no    waste    at    all.    There    are    still    thermoplastic ingredients   ensuring   it’s   partial   melting   and   thermoforming   properties.   We   are   engaged to    create    end    applications    for    such    a    material    in    pressing    technology.    There    are interesting   tools   available   to   press   sheets   up   to   2   m   length.   In   that   way   we   can   save   i.e. wooden ressources in building industry.

Waste as filler

On   the   other   hand   we   are   exploring   the   subject   of   filler   production   by   milling   up   such waste   grades   into   fineness   beyond   200   µm.   This   leads   to   a   filler   with   density   far   beyond mineral   ones   and   offering   again   interesting   product   creation   options   in   i.e.   leightweight- construction.   Via   sandwich   structures   we   are   able   to   create   parts   in   nearly   any   kind   of plastics processing.

Legal requirements

This   Zero-Waste   -   project   is   generating   once   more   products   out   of   waste,   means   they need    to    comply    with    directives    like    REACH    and    CLP.    And    also    creation    of        safety datasheets   must   be   possible.   We   are   looking   forward   to   discussing   with   you   about   your ideas   and   options   and   are   sure   that   we   can   assist   in   finding   a   quick   step   into   these subjects.
